Monthly rates
- One bedroom (1 person) base rate: $3,493.
- One bedroom (1 person) deluxe apt.: $3,973.
- Additional person: $767.
- Enhanced Services (per person): $684

- Furnished apartment: $315 (plus base rate)
- Deposit required prior to or at admission.
Rates include an unfurnished apartment with kitchenette (includes mini refrigerator and microwave), all utilities (except telephone), basic cable, public Wi-Fi, three meals a day, snacks, weekly housekeeping and laundry, apartment maintenance, life enriching activities, RN supervision and 24/7 CNA availability.
Enhanced service
Basic residency, plus medication management and frequent monitoring of a health condition to the level allowed under applicable regulations and guidelines. Medication management includes actions taken by the Heartland RN, who will order all medications, maintain refills, load medications into a timed, locked medication box, work with physicians regarding medicine related issues, and delivery of medications by CNAs who will observe medications being taken. Appointment scheduling and coordination, assistance with activities of daily living, and health condition monitoring to the extent allowed by application regulations and guidelines included.
