Powell, WY — February 20th, 2026 — Powell Valley Healthcare is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Wooten to Chief Financial Officer, recognizing her longstanding leadership, financial expertise, and commitment to the organization’s mission.
Wooten brings more than 14 years of dedicated service to the organization and deep experience across financial operations, supply chain management, and strategic planning. She most recently served as Controller, overseeing financial operations across the organization’s multi-facility system, strengthening reporting and compliance processes, and advancing operational efficiencies that support long-term financial stability.
Earlier in her tenure, Wooten held leadership roles in purchasing and supply chain operations, including serving as Materials Management Director. In that role, she led initiatives to strengthen vendor partnerships, improve inventory management, and enhance operational performance across the organization.

Wooten holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and is widely respected for her leadership and commitment to the hospital and community.
As Chief Financial Officer, Wooten will oversee the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and operations, supporting continued growth and the delivery of high-quality services to patients and communities across the region.
