HR Generalist – 1 full-time day position, 40 hr/wk. This position participates in all human resources processes and serves as a point of contact for employee requests. The HR Generalist assists in the day-to-day functions of HR to include but not limited to: Onboarding, Recruitment and Retention, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits Administration, continuous Performance Management, Compliance, Employee Relations and assists the Director of Human Resources with other projects and responsibilities. Bachelor’s Degree and /or 5 years of direct Human Resources experience required. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
