Connect Wyoming is a human services infrastructure designed to
service the state of Wyoming. It consists of a web site housing a
searchable version of the Pathways Plus database, a calendar of
human service events, a monthly newsletter, and special Pathways
search interfaces for Medicaid Waiver Providers, Senior Services,
and the Wyoming Breast Cancer Resource Directory. The Pathways Plus
database contains more than 3400 human service programs, and a
browsable version is available on a free CD. |
